The Lakes at Towne Road is located north of 136th Street on Towne
Road in Carmel. From I-465 take the Meridian Street exit (Exit 31). Go North on Meridian to 116th Street. Take a left (west) onto 116th. Follow that to Towne Road (approx 2.4 miles). Right (north) on Towne Road to fourth traffic circle which is 136th Street. Go ¾ of the way around the traffic circle to the Lakes at Towne Road entrance.
