Woodland Shingle Style
Keeneland, our Woodland Shingle Style Retreat, draws its inspiration from the timeless shingle style architecture of the New England coast, thoughtfully reimagined for the wooded landscape of central Indiana. A subtle nod to the equestrian heritage of the land—once a working horse farm—grounds the home in its history while celebrating craftsmanship, authenticity, and a lasting connection to place. Inside and out, the home is designed as a retreat. Layered natural materials, rich millwork, and warm, inviting textures create spaces that feel both refined and comfortable. Equally suited for quiet mornings overlooking the woods or lively gatherings with family and friends, Keeneland is a home where timeless design and everyday living come together effortlessly.
About The Builder
At Gradison Design-Build, we create custom homes that reflect how you live and what you value.
With four generations of experience and a relationship-driven approach, every home we build is intentionally designed — not just to be beautiful, but to feel like yours from the very first moment.
We start with you. Your lifestyle, your routines, your vision. Our process is personal, collaborative, and unhurried, because building your home should feel just as good as living in it. From the first conversation through the final walkthrough, our in-house architectural and design team brings passion, talent, and genuine care to every detail.
The result is more than a well-built home. It’s a place where nothing was overlooked and everything came together exactly as it should — a foundation for the moments and memories that matter most, built to last for generations.
We are proud to showcase two of our latest homes at 2026 McComb Pella Window & Door Home-A-Rama. Come experience the feeling of a Gradison Design-Build home for yourself.
