This home was built for someone who has earned the right to live well. The rooms are generous, the materials are real, and nothing here is decorating for the sake of it. The leather gets better every year. The suede on that chair softens with every season. The wool throw at the end of the bed has weight and warmth you can feel from the doorway. The oak was chosen for its grain. This is the idea behind the house — built by Old Town Design Group and Everything Home Designs, by hand, in Zionsville.
