Each year, BAGI organizes 2 home shows to showcase the latest trends and innovations in residential construction. During Indy Rama and Home-A-Rama, the public can explore brand new neighborhoods and homes built by members of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) to see the newest in technology, design, outdoor living, landscaping and much more. Every year guests leave with plenty of ideas for their new or existing home, and a lucky few leave with a new home!

At each show, the builders will be on hand to answer questions, provide advice or discuss their uniquely built showcase home. Many of the designers and suppliers will also be on hand to provide information on their products and services.

IndyRama 

In 2024, IndyRama will take place two weekends in April. From April 19-21 and April 26-28, guests will be able to tour new downtown Indianapolis homes to see the latest styles and building techniques. Sponsored by Lee Supply Co, IndyRama 2024 is hosted by Compendium Group LLC, Green Square Design | Construct, Inc., Integra Builders, Onyx & East, LLC, and Wedgewood Building Company. More details and updates about the home show will be released as the event nears.

Home-A-Rama 

This three-weekend home show is coming to the northside of Indianapolis in September 2024. Centier’s Home-A-Rama will take place September 12-15, 19-22, and 26-29 and will feature Henke Development’s new Promontory neighborhood. Hosted by G&G Custom Homes, Kent Shaffer Builders in partnership with Randy Shaffer, Old Town Design Group, Sigma Builders, and Wedgewood Building Company, Home-A-Rama will welcome guests into Zionsville’s newest private lake community featuring large estate lots and rolling equestrian countryside.
