Planner

The City of Fishers is seeking a full-time Planner to join our team! This role coordinates development applications, site plan reviews, collects and analyzes planning data. Responsibilities also include reviewing development applications and preparing staff reports for zoning changes, code amendments and variance, and conducting field evaluations and inspections/assessments.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field and one (1) year of experience performing planning duties including policy and code review, analysis, and evaluation, and preparation of detailed reports; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
