Senior Planner, Environmental

The City of Fishers Planning & Zoning Department is seeking a full-time Senior Planner, Environmental. We are looking for candidates with urban planning experience who are interested in helping create and develop our organization’s short- and long-term sustainability strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in municipal government and is familiar with Fishers, IN and the central Indiana region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Political Science, Environmental Studies, Geography or a related field and three (3) years of experience performing planning duties including policy and code review, analysis, and evaluation, and preparation of detailed reports required OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
