We are searching for a driven, talented and experienced executive assistant to work closely with the team and aid in day-to-day business operations. We are looking for an individual that is focused, responsible, self-motivated, eager to learn new things and is wanting to be a part of a talented, fun team.
- Work alongside President, overseeing and helping with their day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage President and other managers calendars, schedules and meetings
- Keeping up with office inventory needs
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Screen and direct phone calls
- Maintain organized files
- Ability to take direction and delegate efficiently
- Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines
- Willingness to aid in other office tasks and duties as needed
- Must be willing and able to pass a drug screen and background check
