Plumbers Supply Co, a family-owned business celebrating 100 years in 2021, is very excited and committed to growing our Commercial HVAC division in the Louisville, Indianapolis and Bowling Green markets. An excellent opportunity for a Business Development Sales Executive. These Sales Executives will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing business and contributing creatively to the growth of our company.

The position is geared towards those individuals who possess strong ambition, high level of urgency, positive outgoing personality, a strong hunter, qualifier and closer.

We are looking for a “hunter” not a “sales order” taker.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Aggressively growing and developing a customer base in a business to business sales environment using a proven marketing approach.
•Capable of learning products and reaching Subject Matter Expert (SME) status on all Plumbers Supply core products and clearly communicating its value proposition.
•Perform equipment take-offs and provides design build support and bids the full spectrum of Plumbers Supply line card.
•Able to develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners within identified territory.
•Be available & responsive to customer’s real time needs by maintaining consistent communication & timely follow up.
