Online Sales Assistant responsible for sales activities tied to executing each location’s appointment and sales goals. Responsible for all data management and reporting through company CRM. OSA to work with OSM (Online Sales Manager) to achieve department goals while ensure real time conversations with leads.


Sales Process

Consistently executes the sales process with every prospect (as defined for this role).
Consistently executes effective follow up program using company guidelines with each prospect. Integrate traffic into CRM system.
Communicate with customers through all incoming fields. (I.E. phone, email, web, chat etc.)
Make inbound and outbound calls to achieve appointment quota.
All email and phone prospects responded to immediately.
Product Knowledge

Total understanding of each franchise including differences between floor plans, custom changes available, and all standard/optional items offered.
Utilize all technology, specifically knowing where to find necessary documents and marketing materials.

Achieve annual appointment, and customer satisfaction objective as defined in set goals.
Set appointments with customers for Sales Managers through call center.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Realtors, customers, and other external parties. Ability to manage positive interactions that will provide overall customer satisfaction throughout the customer’s entire build experience and after closing.

Enthusiasm, Initiative, Persuasiveness, Responsibility, Truthfulness. The OSA must demonstrate a synergistic attitude.

No experience required. Must have 4 year degree.
