Responsible for administrative support to Sales Management Team with specific goals tied to executing each locations’ franchise management plan, company Realtor program, marketing initiatives, and personal sales goals. Responsible for building and maintaining positive internal/external customer relationships, ensuring a smooth build process, close and ensuring high scores on customer reviews. Must meet set objectives in the area of Realtors, referrals, customer satisfaction, and sales as defined by outlined goals. Must model the company mission, vision, and values as a team member interacting with customers, realtors, trade partners.


Franchise Management

Administrative support to Sales Management Team.
Community, specs, and models are open on time daily.
Community, specs, and models appearance consistently meet company standards.
Community and specs are inspected daily and reports turned in weekly.
Sales Process

Consistently executes the sales process with every prospect. (as defined for the specific role)
Continuously demonstrates commitment to improving skill and competency.
Consistently executes effective follow up program using company guidelines with each prospect. Integrate traffic into CRM system, providing weekly reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing Specialist.
Product Knowledge

Increase product knowledge through training initiatives and weekly communication with Studio Manager.
Total understanding of each franchise including differences between floor plans, custom changes available, and all standard/optional items offered. Learn buyer profile for each location and plan.
Utilize all technology, specifically knowing where to find necessary documents and marketing materials.

Support Sales Manager’s to achieve annual appointment, sales, Realtor, referral, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Set appointments with customers for Sales Managers through call center.
Manages all traffic reporting for Pyatt Builders locations.
Team meets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to review sales objectives.
Ensure Sales Managers contracts are accurate and received by the Sales Administrator within 48 hours.
Marketing Initiatives

Execute pre-sales, grand opening, Realtor activities.
Signage meets company and marketing strategies.

Must have 2-years in real estate experience or new home construction.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Realtors, customers, and other external parties. Ability to manage positive interactions that will provide overall customer satisfaction throughout the customer’s entire build experience and after closing. Ability to effectively deal with problems involving across department.

Discounting homes, negotiating inventory, promising incentives.



Wednesday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Saturday – 11 – 6pm

Sunday 11am – 5pm
