Our membership feedback is an important factor in shaping what the BAGI experience looks like. We tweaked this year’s member survey to help us measure our efforts through COVID and ensure we were not only meeting their needs through this time, but also providing a valuable membership experience. To give you ease of access, we compiled the results into two comprehensive graphics. Let’s dive in!

Our annual membership survey helps us determine our net promoter score, which is a measurement (ranging from -100 to 100) used to gauge customer loyalty. This helps us determine the overall level of member satisfaction while also providing an opportunity for us to discuss and find where we can enhance the membership experience.
