The 2026 84 Lumber Parade of Homes is set to be the most exciting showcase of innovative home designs. This year’s event will span multiple Indianapolis surrounding communities, allowing attendees to explore over 90 homes from more than 20 builders in 6 geographic zones.
With homes on the tour ranging from $230k to $2M+, there’s something for everyone. With a growing demand, this Parade is poised to reach more homeowners, real estate professionals, and design enthusiasts than ever before.
